In January 2010, Pure Yoga in Singapore hosted "The Yoga of the Body, Mind and Heart" - a 3-class workshop on the Bhagavad Gītā
Reading Arjuna’s dilemma on the battlefield as a metaphor for one of life's big questions: how do we live a good life in an imperfect world?
Each class covered one of the Gītā’s three yogas:
- Karma yoga – the yoga of action. You can’t escape action, only improve it.
- Jñāna yoga – the yoga of wisdom. We are processes, not things – and that’s good news.
- Bhakti yoga – the yoga of devotion. “All roads in the Bhagavad Gītā lead to bhakti.”
All three classes are now available to listen to and download, along with the reading, The Three Yogas of the Bhagavad Gītā.
