Use of the Recordings

All recordings and readings are © Lama Marut Archive. You're welcome to use these teachings for study, practice and teaching and share them freely, never for sale. Please don't edit them or use them commercially without permission from the Lama Marut Archive.

Recordings are shared as a historical archive for personal study. They do not replace professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, or connection with a live, qualified teacher. Meditation and contemplative practice can sometimes bring up difficult experiences. If you have a physical or mental health concern, please seek help from a qualified professional.

About the Recordings

These recordings are presented as a historical archive. They were made over many years and reflect the time, place and context in which they were given. Some views expressed may not resonate, but are shared for reference and study primarily for Lama Marut's students.

These recordings are presented as Lama Marut gave them. His views are his own, expressed at the time and in the setting in which they were offered.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary gifts to support the archive. They do not purchase goods, services or access to content.
• Donations cover the archive's running costs, such as hosting, audio storage and software. They also pay for the ongoing work behind it: editing and uploading recordings, cataloguing new material, and regular site updates as the archive grows.
• Donations are not tax-deductible.
• Donations are made in US dollars through PayPal.
• Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time through your PayPal account.
• If the archive stops being actively maintained, all recurring donations will be cancelled.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, you can request a refund through PayPal.
• A summary of the archive’s income and costs will be published on the About the Archive page after each AU financial year in July.

Privacy

The archive collects as little personal information as possible.

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your name and email address are stored with our email provider, Constant Contact, so we can send you occasional updates about the archive and related teachings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Donations: donations are processed by PayPal. PayPal shares your name and email address with the archive so we can keep records of donations. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.
