Lama Marut sets the scene of the Bhagavad Gītā : Arjuna is frozen on the “field of dharma”, with Krishna as his charioteer and teacher. In this class, Karma Yoga is outlined with Krishna's warning that you can’t escape action by renouncing it but you can try to perfect it. Stop worrying about the short-term results, which aren’t really results at all, and act selflessly. Plus a new āsana for irritating people: mukha bandha āsana (aka keeping your mouth shut!)
