The fourth Worthy Truth is the path out of suffering, and it comes down to three trainings practiced daily: proper outlook, ethics, and meditation. This class looks at loving your enemies, not just the people who already love you back; working directly with your own mental afflictions of anger, pride and desire; and the Bhagavad Gita's teaching on action without attachment to its fruits. If there's something you can do about a problem, do it. If there's nothing to be done, there's no point being miserable about it either.
